I haven't tested it but I would imagine short when the RSI goes below 70 and cover when it touches 30 would work in a down-trend. Inverted RSI Swing Trade Strategy This is my favourite. This is the Inverted RSI Strategy published at Pro Realtime Charts. We use a 12 day RSI on the CAC40, calculate 2 simple MAs. These MAs are applied to the RSI 6 for the short MA rsi 14 for the long MA. So don't get too excited! But it does seem rsi pretty good candidate for an automated trading strategy. I'm working with the triple screen Elder Trading for a living Probacktest does not accept to work in multi timeframes. I need an emulator of the MACD on weekly to insert in a probacktest daily.
